Nato a Zwolle nel 1944, Koopman ha studiato organo, clavicembalo e musicologia ad Amsterdam, affermandosi come una delle figure di riferimento nell\u2019interpretazione della musica barocca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fondatore nel 1979 dell\u2019<strong>Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra<\/strong>, Koopman ha legato il proprio nome a grandi imprese discografiche dedicate a <strong>Bach<\/strong> e <strong>Buxtehude<\/strong>, costruendo un percorso artistico fondato su rigore, energia e libert\u00e0 interpretativa.
